This trolly is designed for lifting & transporting of Double Warp Beam of different length & weight. Lifting & lowering movements take place from the ground floor, so that the beam can be fitted on the weaving machine very conveniently. The warp beam is generally lifted at tube.
Lifting system : Hydraulically Foot operated with high-Low pressure pump.

Steering Wheel system : Back wheel attached to steering handle with unique turning arrangement. Single / Double Wheel with metal hub & bearing. Wheel provided with thread protection disc Manually Transporting.

Carrying capacity : 600 kgs to 3000kgs.

Maximum Beam Flange Dia : 800mm to 1250mm.

Maximum Barrel Dia : 100mm to 350mm

Lifiting & lowering movements take place from the ground floor, so that the beam can be fitted on the weaving machine very conveniently. The warp beam is generally lifted at tube. Harness holder & drop wire holder provided with carrier.

Lifting system :

1. Hydraulically Foot Operated with high - low pressure pump. Sensitive load lowering control.
2. Lifting of the harness carrier is done either mechanically or hydraulically.
